Would you like to check out books, magazines, and movies?
Then what you need to obtain a library card is a picture i.d. and a recent piece of mail for verification of address, ex. utility bill, phone bill, or car insurance. Any patron not having this proof of address can have a postcard filled out, which will act as proof of address upon return of the postcard. The original library card is free; each replacement is $1.00 for adults and $.50 for those under 18.
Books may be checked out for two weeks and may be renewed twice, as long as no one else has requested the items. Patrons are limited to five items by any one author or on one subject.
Magazines, except the recent issue, may be checked out for one week and can be renewed twice, as long as no one has requested that issue.
Movies can be checked out for one week and there is a limit of 3 movies per library card. A movie can be renewed one time, as long as no one else has requested it. Patrons must be 18 to check out movies.
Audio books may be checked out for three weeks and there is a limit of 3 books per library card. Audio books may be renewed once, as long as no one else has requested them.
